Three telemedicine solutions related to body data monitoring, motion tracking and analysis and evaluation of the psico motorial condition of the subject under exam are presented. These examples are used to discuss the impact that e-health and home telecare can have in the context of the current health system.

Advanced ICT instruments are continuously being developed to allow an extensive use of distributed systems for telemedicine and support in telediagnosis. Relevant to its use are, from one side, the design of a proper communication channel the integration of the new data in the existing information systems, and, on the other side the introduction of new equipment, compatible with the communication channels and designed to support the activity of the medical professionals and operators in the sociohealth environment [1].
