There was built a 4-accelerometer, wearable, autonomous system to study the acceleration response of different body-segments movements, specific for actions in several sports. Each oneaxis accelerometer is build to be quickly and easily located on - virtually - any point of the human body with different orientations of the sensitive axis. Purposely there where used one-axis accelerometers to have a better rejection ratio of the movement components on the out of interest directions. The transient motility studies carried using the general information feedback concept CASINOR - developed previously - aim to the human biomotric capabilities enhancement, addressing the neuro-motric assessment and recovery for disabilities or aged people as well as the sports performance assessment and enhancement. |
