This article describes main results and possible future implementation of Neuroweb Project. Neuroweb is a web portal that permits to integrate and query different clinical and genomic database from different source. Based on Semantic Web, Web Service and Ontology, Neuroweb permit to generate new knowledge in cerebrovascular domain thanks some developed tools like statistical analysis and clinical/genetic query web service. Also neuroweb project can permit to improve, at European level, clinical procedure, Medical record standardization, and best practices diffusion.

INTRODUCTION Neuroweb is a project funded by European Commission in the frame of VI F.P. on 2006 and started on 2007 it involves some neurological clinics and hospitals in four different countries (Italy, The Netherlands, Greece and Hungary). The aim was to create a web portal specifically oriented to neurosciences and in particular for research activities about ischemic stroke and its genomic matching.
